Changing the Game

Her Data Factory was created in 2023 by two Ethiopian women who strongly believe diversity in technology benefits not only women and minorities but also society as a whole in many aspects.
Hence, we have made it our mission to reach out to underserved women at a grass-roots level and change the misconception about the Data Industry which is often considered abstract and unreachable among most women. At Her Data Factory, we break the traditional way of acquiring talent based on pedigree rather than aptitude. We are proud to be in a position to say that we are ready more than ever to prove minority women from different walks of life can learn and succeed in a range of careers in the Data Industry.
